WHAT WE DO
Temporary Housing Directory, LLC has been a premier and proven nationwide insurance housing provider since 2001. We specialize in multiple service lines helping insurance companies with their adjusters and insureds. We provide accommodations to insureds that have been displaced from an insurance claim by working with our vendor partners pertaining to emergency hotels and/or furnished temporary housing.
We also help catastrophe teams and independent adjusters to find hotels by directly sourcing through us, or through Hotel Access that gives them entry to our discounted rates so they can pay themselves.
We also help with commercial needs through our “Commercial Placement Solution” team. We will locate temporary commercial space, accompanied with any needed amenities, for all displaced business owners. This also includes temporary office space(s) during a catastrophe.
