OPERATING AT NORMAL BUSINESS CAPACITY
We are saddened by the effect of Coronavirus (COVID-19 and the SARS-CoV-2 virus) on our communities.
We are doing our best to continue temporary housing services and communicating well with you.
A Letter From Teresa Vidger, President
We are saddened on how the COVID-19 outbreak is affecting our communities. We are monitoring developments and are dedicated to servicing our customers with the same level of excellent service and compassion. THD has a virtual workforce, so our systems are set up in a secure environment and we are fortunate to be able to operate at normal business capacity.
We are sharing daily updates to our customers with any changes that could impact lodging for our new and existing guests. We are communicating with our hotel brand partners who are taking additional precautionary measures as well. They are updating us on any hotel closures and what they are doing to keep the hotel safe. We are not having any supply chain issues to date, and if that changes, we will update our customers immediately. Our furniture vendors are considered essential and are still able to deliver and pick up on a modified schedule. We are also taking additional precautionary measures with Airbnb’s and ensuring there are additional cleaning guidelines put in place prior to booking.
We appreciate your business and the ability to service our guests.
Warm regards,
Teresa Vidger
President
