We are excited to announce the launch of HOMETRAK – our secure web-based portal that enables adjusters and carriers to manage all aspects of a guest file in one place. Formerly known as our Adjuster Portal, this tool lightens the workload for adjusters by creating a more efficient process that saves carriers time and money.
HOMETRAK provides each user with a secure account that allows them to submit claims 24 hours a day. Our team is notified as soon as a claim is submitted and we get to work immediately.
After the claim submission is complete, your insured is contacted by our team where we provide welcome information, outline their next steps in the placement process and provide a personalized list of lodging options to fit their needs.
At every stage of the claim journey, HOMETRAK provides everything you need to monitor and finalize a claim.
- Real time status updates. You will instantly see all client placements and have 24/7 access to file notes so you’re always aware of activity.
- Seamless communication. You can monitor all communication between THD and the customer for accuracy, timeliness and information gathering.
- ALE tracking. Ensure ALE spending stays within policy limits using our tracker.
- Paperless file management. Policyholders can upload important claim-related receipts and photos for their adjusters, as well as all invoices and other financial documents.
- Payment status updates. Track all pending and paid invoices throughout the claims process.
- Review and approve extensions. See where the insured is checking in and checking out 24/7, while also having the ability to approve extensions immediately.
- Manager-level access. Carriers can enable those in leadership roles to support their full team with manager-level access to files.
