I love my job because I like working with people and
helping people in a time of disaster in their lives is very satisfying.
I'm a Colorado native. I count my
blessings every day for being able to help people in a time of great distress
in their lives and to be able to work with such a great team. I am married
and have 4 grandchildren; my hobbies are reading, knitting and
sewing.

I married my high school sweetheart and we have three awesome boys. We moved from California to Texas in 2005 and really love it. My passion is reading, traveling, and just hanging out with my family. I also enjoy watching our son play baseball.

Robin is the Folio Processor with THD. In this role, Robin manages all Hotel folios to ensure accuracy and make sure customers are never over billed. Robin also manages our Direct Bill Accounts making sure they are accurate and paid in a timely manner. With Robins 15 years experience in accounting and customer service she brings great detail and a heartfelt sincerity to all she does.
