From Virginia in Pennsylvania - A THD customer

If you happen to have one of the worst things happen to you, the loss of your home, happen to you, I can only pray that you will have the excellent fortune to be taken care of by THD. We had a devastating fire that took the life of our beloved dogs and our wonderful cat. We were unharmed but with no home. Melissa Snyder of the THD group swooped in and in hours had a hotel for us to go to and a home rented. She arranged for furniture, TV, beds, linens and towels along with everything a kitchen would need. The arrival of a Federal Express box with snacks after we settled in, was icing on a very wonderful association 'cake'.

This picture is my mom who lives with me coming to the temporary house for the first time. She is 92 and hasn't had a 'walk-in-the-park" life. Melissa's attention to that fact has made her very comfortable.
I have often watched situations on the news and wondered what will happen to those folks after a fire or a flood or a tornado. Well, if those folks have Melissa and THD watching out for them, they will be just fine.

From McKinney, Texas - A Real story

Thank you THD! Our experience with our busted Water pipe in the Attic was getting better once the Insurance agency got them involved. When we got home in January from a three week vacation in Germany we found our home flooded, the ceilings had fallen down in the Master bed- and bathroom and the mess was traumatic. We have two little daughters and this was a very traumatic experience for them. We were able to stay in the house for about a week but than we just had to leave since the house wasn't drying the way it should have. So we were put up in a very nice hotel from THD till they could get us into an apartment. We got in out apartment and things were not as we had expected. At first we just did not want to say anything but than we anyway did and THD's response was amazing!!!! Charla came by the apartment in person and checked it all out and worked with us and the housing company and fixed it all! She even came again and checked on us if all was now save and good! I was really impressed with her speedy response and no nonsense approach! We are really happy here in the apartment and are glad that we could be so close to our house that we do not have to loose the connection to our neighbors and neighborhood. Thank you Charla and THD for making this difficult time so much easier!
