I feel immense satisfaction in knowing that I am able to help families during one of the most overwhelming and difficult times of their lives. This fulfillment inspires me to make sure I always give every family 110% of myself every day. Knowing I was able to help them find a place to call “home” for even a short time makes me love my job every day. I think life is a gift and we need to remember to live life every day. I am currently living in Fort Worth, TX and I have wonderful family and amazing group of friends, I am truly blessed.
I have the privilege of being employed in a position that enables me to contribute towards helping people when they find themselves in a crisis situation. Every client has a unique challenge, and I have been able to utilize my housing industry experience to help make the housing transition as seamless and comfortable as possible. I truly enjoy working closely with a team that obviously takes great pride in every step of the process.
I have been involved in some aspect of the housing industry for 18+ years, I enjoy cooking, reading, and hanging out with my husband and 3 kids.
I love my job because it’s wonderful to help a deserving family find a temporary property to call “home” while they are displaced. I am from Schaumburg, IL (Northwest suburb of Chicago) and have worked in the Midwestern states for many years in temporary housing and the restoration industry. I work closely with the adjusters and customers to make sure everyone is taken care of from start to finish!
I still find it hard to believe that I get to wake up every day and call what I do for a living “my job”. Working in an industry that deals with family’s heartbreaking situations and having the opportunity to help relieve some of their burden is a truly rewarding experience. When a call comes in with the information that a family has become displaced and is in dire need, that’s when the desire to work as quickly as possible kicks in. Providing them with a temporary place they can call “home” until their own home is repaired makes it all worthwhile. I am a New Yorker at heart, born and raised on Long Island. I had the chance to live in South Florida where I worked in the financial industry and recruiting. Ten years later I opted to move back north which has ultimately lead my journey to where I am today.

I look forward to helping you! I am a true native Texan and come from a background in property management and temporary housing. As someone who has experienced a major insurance loss first-hand, I know exactly what our customers are going through. Trying to find a temporary place to live for my family and several pets was challenging, to say the least. I had great people who helped me through that very difficult time, and now I want to repay their kindness by helping others as they helped me.
I love my job because I get to help people in need and make their lives a little bit easier during a difficult time. And I get to work with an outstanding group of individuals at THD! I previously worked as an adjuster at Allstate for 6 years handling additional living expenses.
I am originally from Puerto Rico and fully bi-lingual, English and Spanish. I previously worked as an insurance adjuster handling mostly catastrophe claims, alongside my husband of 8 years. Working as an insurance adjuster has given me not only experience and knowledge of the industry and processes, but also an understanding of what the victims of catastrophes go thru and their needs. Coming from an island myself, I have been thru major catastrophes and know firsthand the difficulties people go thru after a loss to their home. It is great to be part of a team who helps people during such difficult times.
I love my job because we are here to help others when they are not sure how or what to do in a time of disaster and that means so much to those that are affected by their loss. THD not only puts the customers first but also loves and cares for the employees that make us such a great working team. That is what makes my job the greatest. I am a Colorado native and love the outdoors. I have a wonderful family, my loving husband, 2 beautiful children that are my most precious joy in life. We try our best to always have fun in whatever it is we are doing.
I love working with our clients; helping them understand the benefits of the temporary housing solutions we offer, and assisting them by finding just the right home for their transferees. I began working in the corporate housing industry after spending time working in recruiting and living in both hotels and corporate apartments. I understand first-hand how important the temporary housing experience is for an employee as they adjust to a new city and how it can impact the transferee’s productivity.
In the hustle and bustle of the business world, it’s great to be able to help people who are moving their lives temporarily or permanently know everything is taken care of. Throughout my career, one of the things I have strived for is ensuring my clients receive the best possible service. I feel lucky to work for a company whose goal is the same! I have over 15 years of work experience in the marketing and housing relocation industries. Currently, I live in Texas with my husband and two sons.
I enjoy working for THD so much. I am able to speak families and reassure them that we are here to help them during their time of need. During my time here I have realized how rewarding this job truly is. The people I speak to are so great even though they are in a horrible time in their life. The THD family is great to, everyone helps each other and it’s a great place to call home and not the work place.
I love to spend all of my spare time with my husband Kenneth of 16 years and our two sons Sean and Seth. We love snow skiing and going to the beach with family and friends.
